The DR® 42-inch Grader/Snow Blade Attachment is an optional attachment for compatible DR® Field & Brush Mowers. It is designed for clearing snow and moving or leveling loose landscaping materials such as gravel, sand, mulch, and topsoil.

The blade can pivot left or right and includes adjustable skid shoes for adapting the blade height to different surfaces. It is made from 11-gauge steel and is designed for use with loose materials rather than packed material.

42-Inch Grader and Snow Blade

The 42-inch-wide blade can be used as a snow blade during winter and as a grader for landscaping applications throughout the year.

Potential applications include:

• Clearing snow from driveways and walkways
• Spreading loose gravel
• Leveling topsoil
• Moving sand
• Spreading mulch
• Leveling other loose landscaping materials

The manufacturer specifies that the blade is not intended for moving packed material.

Tool-Free Attachment Installation

The brush mower’s existing brush deck can be removed without tools, allowing the Grader/Snow Blade Attachment to be installed. According to the manufacturer, the brush deck can be removed in less than five minutes.

Adjustable Skid Shoes

Adjustable skid shoes allow the blade height to be set according to the surface being worked.

The blade can be positioned lower for clearing harder surfaces or raised higher when working on gravel and similar surfaces where avoiding the pickup of stones is important.

Pivoting Blade

The blade pivots left or right, allowing the operator to direct snow or loose landscaping material to the desired side during operation.

Heavy-Duty Steel Construction

The blade is constructed from 11-gauge steel for the demanding pushing and grading applications specified by the manufacturer.
